Tat Leadership Academy has been established to support our company’s cultural transformation journey and globalization strategy and it is aimed to develop leadership competencies that support our strategies. Our all Middle and Senior Managers attended Tat Leadership Academy, which includes learning tools such as modules, 360-degree evaluation inventories, individual development plans, one-on-one coaching interviews, ALT(Action Learning Training) project studies and ALT-project coaching in a content that is specific to our company.
