She graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Industrial Engineering, and completed her master’s degree in Business Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.
She began her professional career in 2012 in Training & Development and Quality Management Systems Consulting. In 2013, she joined Turkcell Superonline in the Organizational Development Department. Between 2014 and 2020, she worked at Yapı ve Kredi Bank in various roles, including HR Budget & Planning Specialist and Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist. From 2020 to 2023, she served as Organizational Development and Compensation Coordinator at Tüpraş.
Following this role, she joined Tat Gıda in March 2023 as Organizational Development and Compensation & Benefits Manager, and as of May 2024, she continues her career as Human Resources Director.
