She graduated from the Chemical Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University, completed her master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at Boğaziçi University, and earned her PhD in Food Science and Technology from the University of Maine, United States.
She began her professional career as an R&D Engineer at Maret A.Ş. Between 2001 and 2004, she served as R&D Project Supervisor and R&D Manager at Koç Holding Food Group. Since 2004, she has been working at Tat Gıda, initially as Product Development and Quality Group Manager.
In 2022, she was appointed as R&D Director at Tat Gıda, and in 2023, she also held the position of Consumer Insight and Innovation Manager. As of July 2024, she continues her role as R&D Director at Tat Gıda.
