She graduated from the Industrial Engineering Department of Galatasaray University. She started her professional career in 2002 at Garanti Technology as a Systems Engineer and continued in this role until 2007. She then joined Softtech as a specialist in the Systems/Business Analysis unit. Between 2011 and 2012, she served as a consultant to AgeSA through IBM, and in 2012, she was appointed as Bancassurance Team Manager, becoming responsible for the technological infrastructure of all bank integrations within the company. After serving in this role until 2015, she joined Turkcell Technology in the Digital Channels department. At Turkcell Technology, she initially took on broad responsibilities in various digital product management roles, and starting from 2018, she assumed leadership roles in the company’s major and strategic programs.
