Orientation Program-StarTat

In 2022, the company orientation program was revised, and the experience and development-oriented “StarTat Program” was implemented. While office employees focus on the close identification of the company and all departments in this program, the orientation process has been moved to a better experience by the help of collaboration-oriented new employees learning from each other, getting acquainted, social and development-oriented work. The program has been renewed from end to end with continuous feedback by monitoring the experience via system and support of mentoring each new employee in the process.
