Investor Relations Director

She graduated from Hacettepe University with a degree in Business Administration and completed her Master’s degree in Finance at Atılım University. She started his career at Oyak General Directorate, where she worked as a Financial Affairs and Budget Specialist between 2002 and 2006, and as an Subsidiaries Specialist between 2007 and 2012. During her role at Oyak Subsidiaries Department, Uysal was part of the team responsible for ensuring compliance with capital market regulations for publicly traded group companies. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Oyak Group companies. Between 2012 and 2022, Uysal served as Investor Relations Manager at Karsan Otomotiv, and as of 2022, she continues to serve as Investor Relations Manager and Member of the Corporate Governance Committee at Inveo Yatırım Holding.

As of June 2025, she continues to serve as Investor Relations Director and Member of the Corporate Governance Committee at Tat Gıda.
