Özge Bulut Maraşlı has over 30 years of senior executive experience and 15 years of service as a Board Member and Chairperson across FMCG, agriculture and food, media, and holding companies. Her areas of expertise include corporate governance, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), change management, strategic planning, and business development.

She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board at Fabu Makina Sanayi A.Ş. and as an Independent Board Member at Fark Holding, İş Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı (BIST 100: ISGSY), Akmerkez Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (BIST 100: AKGMY), and Türk Tuborg A.Ş. (BIST 100: TBORG). She is also a Board Advisor at Doğan Holding A.Ş. (BIST 100: DOHOL), a member of the Investment Committee at Two Zero Media Venture Capital Fund, and a member of the Advisory Board at Arya Investment Fund.

Until May 2018, Bulut Maraşlı served as CEO responsible for Kanal D and D Yapım, as well as Deputy CEO of Doğan TV. Prior to joining Doğan TV, she held the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning at Doğan Holding, where she was responsible for strategic alignment and business development across business units. Between 2006 and 2011, she led the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Department. During this period, she also served as a Board Advisor to Doğan Enerji, Doğan Organik Ürünler, Milpa, Ditaş, and Çelik Halat A.Ş.

Before joining Doğan Group, she worked between 2003 and 2006 reporting directly to the CEO of H.Ö. Sabancı Holding A.Ş., representing the holding in strategic planning, business development, M&A, privatization and restructuring of energy projects, and various sectors including telecommunications, food, retail, automotive, and cement.

She began her career between 1993 and 2003 in the fast-moving consumer goods sector at Marsa Kraft, a joint venture between Kraft Foods International and H.O. Sabancı Holding A.Ş., where she held various roles in finance and business development.

An active supporter of civil society organizations, Özge Bulut Maraşlı has been involved since 1996 as a founder, board member, and chair in various NGOs across different sectors and countries. She is a Board Member of Yönetim Kurulunda Kadın Derneği and Yeniden Biz, a Board Member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, a High Advisory Council Member of the Turkish Investor Relations Society, a member of the American Turkish Society (ATS), and a member of the World Economic Forum Media and Entertainment Industry Strategy Council.

Özge Bulut Maraşlı holds a Master’s degree from Sabancı University, where she focused on family businesses, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University. She completed the 2016 Women on Board training program under the mentorship of Mustafa Koç and also holds an ICF Coaching Diploma.
